Let’s find the real issue ↗An honest read on what is holding your organization back—and a practical way forward.
Senior people expertise inside your business, with a level of involvement that fits.
Talent, performance, succession and organizational structure built to work together.
Hands-on executive leadership through transition, rebuilding and the next permanent hire.

Meet Kelly · Culture architect
I’m a people and culture executive who looks at the whole organizational puzzle before accepting the presenting problem. I listen, build relationships and use the facts to make practical recommendations.
My experience spans Disney, Amgen, City National Bank, Oaktree Capital Management and Seattle Credit Union. At Seattle, I built talent strategy and grew the people team from four to fourteen, connecting people initiatives to strategic planning.
I bring empathy—and the willingness to tell leaders the difficult truth. The best work happens with people who are ready to hear it and act.
How I workMy point of view
Values mean little if compensation, promotion and everyday decisions contradict them. I work with leaders to close that gap, so the way the business operates supports the vision it says it wants.
Listen across the organization. Test the presenting problem before deciding what needs to change.
Tell the difficult truth with empathy, discretion and respect. Kindness means clarity.
Connect leadership behavior, people decisions and business priorities—not just the words on the wall.
Turn recommendations into action, with clear ownership and measures that matter to the business.
How I work
The engagement can be advisory, fractional or interim. The work stays connected to what your organization needs—and what will change as a result.
Build relationships, listen at different levels and examine the facts. Find the issue beneath the symptom.
Make the gap between the stated vision and daily decisions clear. Agree what needs to change—and who owns it.
Improve the systems that shape behavior: talent, performance, compensation, promotion and decision rights.
Track the relevant results, from engagement and retention to voluntary turnover and the associated business costs.
When to bring me in
For CEOs, boards and executive teams who want an honest diagnosis and are willing to make meaningful changes.
Your business needs senior people expertise and scalable systems, but a full-time CPO or CHRO may not be the right next step.
A new or inherited people function is struggling for traction. You need to understand whether the gap is in the systems, execution or leadership behavior.
Two organizations bring different habits, expectations and people systems. The combined business needs a shared way of working.
Disengagement, regretted turnover or damaging behavior is telling you something. The work starts by understanding what is driving it.
CEOs, boards and operating partners need an independent, experienced perspective on whether people systems support the business plan.
Culture and people decisions need to hold up in practice, including the demands of financial services and regulatory scrutiny.
Tell me what’s happening in your organization.
We’ll start with the issue, then find the right way to work together.
